THE INLET COTTAGE:  $700-1,400 weekly ($125-250 nightly)

 The former carriage house is nestled behind the large Victorian.  Even though we extensively renovated, we retained the charm of yesteryear.  The cottage sleeps up to 4 adults.  The features include a living room with double windows and a pull out queen sofa, TV with cable and DVD, antique furniture, eat in country kitchen, large bath with stall shower, ceiling fan and ac.  There is a second floor with king bed (can be converted to 2 twins) and an entrance to a Victorian roof top deck with table, chairs, and loungers.  The cottage deck has a peek of the ocean when the trees are not full.  The cottage is a favorite for fall vacationers.  Included in the rental is a fully equipped kitchen, use of the deck, patio, grill (gas and charcoal), bike rack and outside hot and cold enclosed showers.
