This property is 1 block from the beach (there is only 1 house on the first block) and you can see the ocean from the new 2nd floor deck. You can rent one or both units (see rates) depending on the size of your family. The 1st floor sleeps 10 and the 2nd floor 6. Each unit is fully equipped to be rented separately. Bring the whole family, there is room for everyone and privacy when you need it.
First Floor: The house is very sunny with hardwood floors, there is a very expansive floor plan with a 25' living room (2 queen sleepers and entertainment center) and is open to the dining room. There is a 3 season sun porch that runs the width of the house. The 1st floor has 1 bedroom w/queen, another a king (or 2 twins) and the last 2 twins and also 2 full baths (one 7/05).
Prices are $1000-$2250 /week
Second Floor: has a 2nd kitchen, large open entertaining area, new 2nd floor deck with peek of the ocean, 2 large bedrooms (1 bedroom w/queen, another a king or 2 twins) and 2 new full baths (5/06).

There ia a nice level yard with off street parking for at least 3 cars, we just added cac on the first floor 1/06, 2nd floor has nice ac units (one in each room).
